In the event you need to exchange your order, please note that all customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned products must be shipped in original or equivalent packaging. If equipment is deemed defective within 30 days of the purchase date, a call tag may be issued. These will be determined on a case by case basis. Watcher Total Protection does not issue loaner systems. All RMA returned items must be received within 30 days of RMA issue date.
